Insights

Insights (/insights) is where you analyse your position: market changes, your weakest domain, contacts going cold, brand gaps, board readiness, your activity, goal history and past briefs. None of its cards repeats something the Dashboard already shows.

TL;DR — Open Insights from the left navigation to read this week's analysis cards, log what you did in Activity, and look back at goal history and past briefs. Go to Dashboard at the top takes you back.

The cards

  • Market changes — market signals from the last 7 days for your industries and locations, and how many new headlines Indicators → News has for you. See Market Signals.
  • Weakest domain — your lowest-scoring domains from your latest Self Reflection, as on the Career Stage Roadmap.
  • Contacts going cold — contacts you haven't reached in 30 days or more, or never. See Networking.
  • Brand gaps — the next moves from your Brand page. On every paid plan; not on Free. See Your Brand.
  • Board readiness — your governance readiness. On Directorship and above. See Board-ready profile.
  • Activity — your cadence rings for the week, a Log button on each ring, and Recent activity. This is the one place to log daily activities. See Cadence tracking.
  • Goals — last 12 periods — hit or miss for each goal's recent periods. See Goals.
  • Earlier briefs — your past Weekly Career Briefs, newest first. Shown once you have at least one. See Weekly Career Brief.

Market changes, Weakest domain, Contacts going cold and Brand gaps are worked out live each time you open the page, using the same rules as the weekly brief. A card with nothing in it yet says how to fill it. Free shows these cards in short form; paid plans show the full lists.

What moved

Insights used to hold the next-move counsel, growth path, goals panel, pipeline, follow-up reminders, quick actions and reading tiles. They're gone from this page:

  • Your readiness, goal hit-rate, applications and new roles are on the Dashboard.
  • Your goals are on Goals, your pipeline on Jobs → Overview, and your reading on Enablement.
  • Contacts to follow up are in Contacts going cold.
