Dashboard

The Dashboard (/dashboard) shows where you stand this month and what to do next: four score tiles, your application trend, your career path and the best new roles for you. It's the first item in the left navigation and the page you land on after signing in, on every plan.

TL;DR — Open Dashboard at the top of the left navigation. Check your score tiles and application trend, see where you are on your career path, and save the top picks you like. When the Weekly Career Brief is on, work through This week's actions here too.

What's on the page

  • Greeting. "Welcome back" with your first name, from Settings → Profile.
  • Plan banner. On Free, a prompt to upgrade with a link to Settings → Subscription. On a paid plan that ends within 30 days, the days left and a link to renew. Otherwise there's no banner. Close it with ×; it stays hidden in that browser until your plan changes.
  • Score tiles, Application trends and This week's actions in the main column.
  • Career path and Top picks for your next role on the right. On a phone, everything is in one column.

Score tiles

Each tile shows its current value, how it changed against the 30 days before (for example "Up 12 points", "Down 3" or "No change"), a bar for each of the last 5 weeks, and a link to the page where you act on it. If you only have data from the last 30 days, the tile says there isn't enough history yet instead of showing a change. A tile with no data shows one button to get started.

Everyone sees:

  • Readiness — the readiness percentage of your latest completed Self Reflection. It's compared only with reflections scored against the same target level.
  • Goal hit-rate — the share of goal periods that closed in the last 30 days that you hit. The current, still-open period doesn't count.

The other two tiles depend on your Current job status in Settings → Profile:

| Job status | Tiles | |---|---| | Unemployed, or employed and actively looking | Interviews (interview rounds held) and Networking (networking activities logged) | | Employed and passively open, or market awareness only | Networking and Reading (reading items finished) |

Networking counts the activities you log on Insights; its link takes you there.

Application trends

A chart of the applications you made each week for the last 5 weeks, Sunday to Saturday in your time zone. Each week's bar is split into Awaiting response, Response received and Rejected. Above it are the total for the 5 weeks and the change against the 5 weeks before.

It counts applications the same way as Total Applied on Jobs → Overview: each job once, on the day you first applied. A job you moved back to Pending Review isn't counted. See Job Search.

Career path

Three rungs from the Career Stage Roadmap ladder:

  • You are here — your current career level
  • Next target — your target level, with your readiness for it
  • Future potential — the level above your target (not shown when your target is Board)

Roadmap opens the full ladder. If your current or target level isn't set, the panel shows Set your level instead. Set your current level in Settings → Profile or on the roadmap page; it can't be above your target level.

Top picks for your next role

New high-fit roles from your job radar, best fit first: 3 on Free, 5 on paid plans. Each shows the title (which opens the posting), company, location or remote, and fit score.

  • Save moves the job to Interested, as on the Jobs page.
  • View all opens Jobs.
  • If your job status is "market awareness only" (not looking), the panel explains that no roles are picked for you and links to Settings.
  • Confidential jobs are shown only to you, as on Jobs.

This week's actions

When the Weekly Career Brief is on, the Dashboard shows this week's three to five actions with how many are done. Mark each one Done or Dismiss, and Undo if you change your mind; your choices are saved. Past briefs opens the Earlier briefs list on Insights. See Weekly Career Brief.
